Terms

Last updated October 19, 2026

These terms cover using OtterClose (otterclose.com), made by Webgophers, Inc., a Georgia corporation doing business as Giant Otter Media (“Giant Otter Media”, “we”). By signing in you agree to them. Questions: support@webgophers.com.

  1. 1. Who it’s for

OtterClose is for real estate professionals and their teams. Accounts are by invitation: a team owner adds each person, and can remove them at any time.

  2. 2. You stay the professional

OtterClose helps prepare, send and track paperwork, but it is not a law firm, broker or lender and doesn’t give legal, financial or tax advice. You review every contract and document before it is signed or sent, and you and your broker stay responsible for your transactions.

  3. 3. Your content

What your team puts in stays yours. You give Giant Otter Media permission to store and process it only to run OtterClose for your team, as described in the privacy policy. Only put in information you have the right to share.

  4. 4. Using it fairly

Don’t share your sign-in, try to reach another team’s information, interfere with the app, or use it to send spam or anything unlawful. We may suspend an account that does.

  5. 5. Outside services

Some features run on other companies’ services (Google, BoldSign, AgentPhone and others listed in the privacy policy). Their own terms apply to them, and we aren’t responsible for their outages.

  6. 6. No guarantees

We work hard to keep OtterClose accurate and available, but it is provided “as is”. AI-drafted text and filled forms can be wrong — check them. To the extent the law allows, Giant Otter Media isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, and its total liability is limited to what your team paid for OtterClose in the 12 months before the claim.

  7. 7. Ending

Your team can stop using OtterClose at any time and ask us to delete its data (support@webgophers.com). We may end access with notice, or at once for misuse.

  8. 8. Changes and law

If these terms change, the new version goes on this page with a new date. They are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA.
